Estimates and Invoice

To workout my estimate for this National Trust job I looked at the 'Basic Photography Estimating Sheet Organisation' PDF posted on Aula and used this as a baseline for all the costs I would need to include in my Invoice.

I started with photography fees which for a BTL job was £800 per day

I was actively shooting for 10days

= £8000

I then looked at Mileage as all the places I shot at, I drove to.

I used the AA mileage calculator to work out how much this fee would be.

On the Basic Photography Estimating Sheet Organisation it said that the cost would be 0.50p per mile so I did this calculation 

I then added costs for equipment hire and Mac use, Overnight accommodation (as I stayed in Isle of Wight for 4 nights) and catering (as the place I stayed in Isle of Wight didn't have food included)

Lastly I worked out the VAT for the job (set at 20%) and added this to my final total.
